Living Room Hike in Salt Lake City
Utah is known for its great hikes and stunning views. One hike in particular is hidden behind The University of Utah. Some say it is an easy hike, and for some (me) it is an uphill struggle. However...the view at the top is worth the work. You get a view of the campus, the city, the mountains and more.
The trail head starts behind the Natural History Museum of Utah and the Red Butte Garden Visitors Center, but you can park at 383 Colorow Rd.
This hike is rated at moderate, with a distance of 2.5 miles with a 967 feet elevation gain.
If you live in the Salt Lake area or are planning to visit, I would put this hike on your to do list. The views are great, but are especially spectacular around sunset.
Here are some photos to prove the beauty of this hike.

Great pics, thanks for sharing and glad you are well!
